We’re running our much-loved Creative Writing programme again – it’s back and better than ever!
Online Creative Writing Course for 16-25 year olds based in Northern Ireland. Every Thursday from 5th Nov – 10th Dec (Time TBD).
Do you like writing? Do you like museums? Then this is the course for you! You’ll learn how to write in lots of different forms – from poetry to review articles – in response to museums and their collections. The programme is led by Niamh Kelly from RRR, with sessions from wonderful Curator of Art, Anna Liesching (NMNI), talented local poet, Mícheál McCann, and more!
At the end of the programme, your completed work will appear in a physical and digital publication designed by illustrator extraordinaire, Hannah Sharp. You’ll also get a digital badge, as proof of the skills and experience you’ve developed on the course.
We’ll take a look at fascinating objects, interesting reading and, of course, be able to add our own voices and ideas to them through our writing.
