An 8-week OCN accredited course taking young people through a wide variety of digital fabrication techniques – such as 3d scanning and printing, laser engraving, and different maker activities. Participants were introduced to the museum’s collection on the history of Road Racing in Ireland. This new 90th Anniversary exhibition explores the history of the NW 200 race, its riders, support staff and spectators, through a rich display of bikes, photographs and memorabilia.

Participants created a range of laser etched wooden pieces, 3d prints, vinyl stickers and fabricated decorative lightboxes which were showcased on level 2 of the museum. The group also produced vinyl signage that was used to label parts of the main exhibition.
